ABOUT ME!
Emre is a Turkish actor from Ankara, Turkey, now based in Glasgow and London. He is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire’s MACCT Acting Course. His acting credits include Shakespeare’s Globe, the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Amazon Prime, and various independent films. He also has years of experience in motion capture and voice acting. He plays the alto saxophone and is a confident dancer. A former tennis player, he now works as a coach.
Alongside his acting, he writes and directs. His debut play, Please Do) Look Back in Anger, was longlisted for the Woven Voices Prize 2025. He is currently being mentored by Playwrights’ Studio Scotland.
In 2025, he translated My Mother’s Funeral: The Show into Turkish and directed it at DasDas Istanbul.
His hobbies include hiking, working out, and tennis—essentially anything physical—as well as photography and learning new instruments.
